Unique 50sqm apartment, garden. In the center. Free parking space.

In the heart of Aabenraa, this lovely apartment is located in a house with access to a beautiful garden. The pedestrian street with shopping opportunities and cafes as well as Føtex is a 3-minute walk from the property. There is a kitchen/living room with a nice dining area where you can make tea/coffee, fridge and microwave can be used. All dishes in the cabinets can be used and must be washed by hand. The bedroom overlooks the backyard where there is peace and idyll. The bathroom is newly renovated and there are towels and 1 bath towels.

Land idyll close to the dike

Would you like to live in nature, close to the dike but still be close to the city. Then we just have the place for you. Here at Nørrevang you have about 15 km to Ribe and the same to Esbjerg. In addition, we have shopping opportunities just 5 km from here. You will have your own apartment, but it is still close to life that is lived in our main house. There is high ceilings and good starting point for a lot of good trips by car, as well as on foot or bike. We're excited to meet you, and are always curious about meeting new people😊

Luxury apartment "Panorama"

The apartment PANORAMA, as the name suggests, has panoramic views of the whole of Genner Bay. The apartment is furnished with a bright and nice kitchen living room with a large dining area. In the living room there is a sofa bed and a small media section TV and B&O facility. In the bedroom you will find a nice double bed from the European House of Beds. The special thing about PANORAMA is that you have a sea view from every room. There is direct access to a large rooftop terrace and the shared hot tub is just around the corner.

Cozy guesthouse incl. breakfast

Stay quiet in beautiful surroundings! You will be staying in my cozy guest house which is arranged for 2 people. The guesthouse has a tea kitchen, dining area, private bathroom, a small living room and access to garden and covered terrace with barbecue. You can enjoy a glass of wine under the vines or go for a walk to the beach or forest less than 1 km from here. I live in the main house next door, so if you have any questions or want you are always welcome to knock. All breakfast ingredients are ready in the fridge and freezer.

Former bank branch - now converted to 120 sqm living space with 3 bedrooms and brand new bathroom. Sleep in the bank director's office. The living room is in the expedition room. Will be completely redesigned before startup May 2025 Delivery of breakfast bread is available at the door during the stay. For a fee. Private entrance, own private parking space. There are sleeping places for 6 people - but there can easily be more sleeping in the living room ( the old expedition room) 9 km from Sønderborg. Close to highway.

Simple living near Koldinghus, inkl breakfast

With a view of the castle lake and Koldinghus. Here you can easily shop for groceries and use the restaurants, as well as the cozy AL passage. Large bright living room / kitchen family room, on the first floor there is a toilet and bedroom. Partially organic breakfast is offered, allergies etc. can be easily accommodated. Wishes/needs can be agreed in more detail. There is asthma and allergy-friendly body soap and conditioner, which can be freely used during your stay. Pets are welcome ;)
