This sun-filled second-floor apartment is 20 mins from everything. It is near the farmer's market, carousel museum and the Erie Canal eateries . This small, newly remodeled sunny apartment has a record player with lots of records to play. The cozy kitchen is easy to share a meal and makes cooking fun. The 2 bedroom layout is perfect for 1 to 3 people. A comfortable shower with a porcelain tub perfect for soaking makes the bathroom nicer than most. No public transportation close but Uber works!

Sleep on a comfortable queen size bed with scent free cotton sheets & an extra space for one more on a large & comfy couch if needed. This apartment is located twelve miles south of Niagara Falls and twelve miles north of Buffalo. It’s a block away from the Niagara River and a ten minute walk to the Erie Canal. There is biking, kayaking, and great restaurants minutes away. Enjoy a local state park with a beach and beautiful boardwalk a short ride away.
