Chic Beach House with Roof Terrace

Embrace the cozy vibe of this chic home. The residence boasts a built-in breakfast nook, neutral tones with subtle blue hues throughout, contrasting textures and motifs, and a backyard with a BBQ patio dining area. The second level includes 3 bedrooms – one with two single beds, another with a queen bed, and the master with a king bed. There are 2 full bathrooms on the second floor – one is private and attached to the master. If you're sandy from your day at the beach, we also have an enclosed outdoor shower! The third floor sports a full wet bar, lounging area (pull-out couch), and foosball table. There are sliding glass doors that lead out to the sun deck where you can enjoy a nightcap or ice cream while taking in the salt air. All within 2.5 blocks to the beach, water park, boardwalk, shops, bars, and restaurants. We are also minutes away from Island Beach State Park! There is no smoking in the home. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent the home for proms or events. We do not allow pets. The house should be left in the same condition as you found it. We will hold back security deposits for any damaged or missing items. “Mary’s Place” is very special to our family, please respect the space as you would at your own home. From Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend, minimum stay is 5 nights. Just pack yourselves! Our home is fully equipped with beach chairs, toys, etc. Just remember to return what you've borrowed before checking out. Please feel free to contact me with any comments or concerns during your stay. “Mary's Place” is part of the Island Beach Way private community in Seaside Heights. It is located within 2.5 blocks of the beach, water park, boardwalk, shops, bars, and restaurants. It is also minutes from Island Beach State Park. We suggest walking or biking, but there are also 2 dedicated parking spots if you choose to drive. From Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend, minimum stay is 5 nights. Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, DUCKS & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.
