The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

Portreath is a village on the north coast of Cornwall. Portreath is three miles NWof Redruth and has a harbour and is a Sandy beach cove. Portreath has several pubs that serve tasty food and local drinks. There is a bakery, corner shop, several take always and a few cosy cafes too that serve drinks, cakes and light lunches. Dogs allowed on beach most of year but between 1st July and 30th August can only go on there b4 10am and after 6pm. This is NOT a disability friendly accommodation

There are shops and a pub close by and the beach is a 30 minute walk through beautiful woodland, or 15 minutes on the bus, which stops right outside the house, meaning you can enjoy a Cornish pint on the beach in the sunshine without worrying about driving. Self contained apartment which is located on our family farm. Superb location being less than 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach at Portreath.
