My house is a clean house that was renovated in June 2025.Everything inside and outside has been renovated as if it was newly built.All of the furniture and appliances were new in June 2025.There will be no other guests staying in my house.It's your own. My house is only a 5-minute walk from Zoshigaya Station.There are direct trains to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, and Ikebukuro from Zoshigaya Station.I highly recommend staying at my house as a base for sightseeing.Zoshigaya is an area with many hills, but there are no hills around my house.You can walk down a flat road from the station. It is a very quiet residential neighborhood.It's the perfect location for you to experience Japanese life. Please stay and travel to Japan like you live in my house. Kindly note - The ceiling in the stair part is very low.If you are tall, please be careful not to hit your head on the ceiling. The bedroom on the -2 floors is small.Recognize it as a space only for sleeping. - Japanese houses have low ceilings and narrow standards.There is hardly any space in my house to store luggage.

There are also plenty of delicious shops and fun places around, in Higashi-Nagasaki, a town where you can see people's faces. Please have a relaxing time at this inn where you can feel the buzz of the city. Also, it is about 15 minutes to Shinjuku and about 30 minutes to Tokyo Station and Ginza Station, making it an ideal base for travel.
