The cottage on the island

At the end of the North Sea is the island of Tjörnekalv. You can easily get there by bus and/or train from Gothenburg. If you are travelling by car, you can park in Rönnäng and take the ferry to the island. Around the whole island there is the possibility of salt water swimming, climbing rocks, catching crabs, experiencing species-rich nature. There is no shop on the island, so you must bring the supplies you need. You can order groceries from Dyröboden. They come with the ferry the following day. Make new memories in this unique and family-friendly space.

Welcome to this unique and tranquil getaway, a little gem, 2 minutes to the sea. The area offers many hiking trails, fantastic nature where animals and people meet after the sea coast. The accommodation consists of a newly built Atterfall and a newly renovated Friggebod 2023, 2 beds in each house, with shared toilet and shower and kitchen. Bed linens and towels are included. The island has grocery stores, a health center and a pharmacy. Golf course with 18 holes. The island is rich in culture, flea markets, small shops and places to eat.

Located in a quiet and peaceful area in beautiful Skärhamn, here you have everything you need at walking distance! -Bus stop 5 minutes -Food store and system company 10min -Södra harbor with restaurants,shops,library,pharmacy and swimming area 15min. Our home consists of a daybed that is pulled out to a 160cm bed and two sleeping lofts with each 140cm bed. A kitchenette with fridge,microwave,and sink. All bed linens/towels and cleaning are included. 20% discount for a week.

House by the sea

Welcome to a home beyond the ordinary. We have just finished building our fantastic guest house on the beautiful island of Tjörn in Bohuslän. The house is located 500 meters from the sea with a steep hill down to a swimming area with beach and rocks. It is close to Rönnäng and the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön. On Klädesholmen, there is the cozy restaurant Salt och Sill. It is 15 minutes by car to Skärhamn and, among other things, the Nordic Watercolor Museum. Plenty of hiking trails and other activities.

Rörtången ligger i närheten (ca 1-2km) med brygga, glasskiosk & båtturer. Området bjuder på fantastiska utsiksplatser, hav och lekplats med fotbollsmål, gungor mm. Nice apartment Kyrkesund with its own WC and shower. Close, 400 meters, to child-friendly swimming area. Take the ferry over to Härön for nice walks and rock swimming. Visit the amazing art exhibition Sculpture in Pilane, about 5 km by car or 4 km walk. Hike along the coast or visit cozy Björholmen or Skärhamn. Good location for those who want to fish trout or why not to lobster fishing.

Välkomna till vår gäststuga i Kroksdal, Skärhamn. Här kan ni koppla av, utgå som bas för dagens äventyr. Stugan ligger på gångavstånd till mataffär, restauranger, shopping och museeum. . Stugan är vårt gästhus och ligger på baksidan utav vårt hus. Ni har tillgång till en stor gräsmatta där det finns studsmatta, hockey/fotbollsmål Välkomna hit!
