Free parking at the building. Shared 230 sqm roof terrace. Boat-bus to Nyhavn and city center at the doorstep. One big livingroom with a kitchen corner, terrace facing S-W and canal. Sunny and spacious bohemian home without street noise. In the coveted/trendy Nansensgade neighborhood. 400 meters to the city's largest traffic hub, Nørreport Station. A few minutes' walk to everything in the city center. Separate bedrooms. View of lovely garden. No tiring stairs. A wealth of cafes, beer/wine bars, restaurants, and specialty shops around the corner. The beautiful Ørsted's Park at the street door. Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

You will look after our friendly cat and chickens during your stay! The beach is 1 km away. To get here from the airport: Metro to ‘Femøren Station’ (runs every 4-6 min.) 550 meters walk to the house (approx. 6 min. walk) The metro takes you to down-town CPH in 10 minutes.
