We are happy to welcome you to our family house, where you will have the entire apartment with its own entrance. Take advantage of your own bathroom with a beautiful bathtub, a spacious kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a place to work on a PC. Ideal for longer stays, because you will find everything here as you would at home. Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, hob and oven. Parking in front of the house, high-speed Wi-Fi or bike or ski storage are a matter of course. We look forward to seeing you. Mikuláš and Eva with family.

Relax in a brand new house at the foot of Pálava near Mušovská jezera. The location is a well-known wine region and an ideal destination for cyclists, popular trails lead around the house. All rooms have access to a spacious terrace with seating. From the terrace, stairs lead to the upper terrace overlooking Pálava and the hot tub, available from May to September. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We offer guests recommendations for local winemakers and interesting tourist destinations. There is a shop and several restaurants near the house.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? The village of Hlásnice-Trpín is surrounded by hills with beautiful views and established paths for hiking and cycling. Probably everyone who has been here was surprised how something so beautiful can be so close. Hlásnice is suitable for couples looking for romance, style, personality and privacy.
