All bedrooms have ocean views, the ground floor one due to its location has reduced visibility of the beach. Private outdoor terrace with ocean views, spacious living room with ocean views and modern, large kitchen with an office.

Very close to the promenade and the pier where the boats leave for Vigo, Isla de Ons and Islas Cíes. Rodeira beach is a 10m walk. Very well located to enjoy the famous Christmas lights of Vigo since the boat only takes 20m to arrive with departures every half hour during the week, thus avoiding the inconvenience of looking for parking in the center of Vigo.

New apartment in Vigo's Casco Viejo. Newly renovated and very bright, with 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a large kitchenette next to a spacious living-dining room, with a Chaiselongue sofa bed. Decorated with care and detail. It has a very nice small balcony overlooking the Ría. Very central, the building has no elevator but it is on the third floor with a beautiful and spacious staircase.
