We offer an Executive overnight accommodation with a Carriage House Event Center situated along the Susquehanna River. A few minutes' walk to historic downtown Owego, NY. We offer 4 overnight rooms with private bathrooms. Each room is reserved on a separate basis, based on availability. Children ages 6 to 17 are welcome if accompanied by adult.

Upscale Rustic Garden House Seasonal Cabin

Our rustic upscale Garden House is located at beautiful Scottland Yard farm! It is the closest family rental unit to the pool and common areas, making it a big summertime hit for families with children and various adult friends getaways! If your looking for a more secluded and tranquil getaway we advise renting the Queens Quartets or Hobbit House. Our family and friends Bbq and swim from 2-8 PM on Sunday Funday. If you are arriving during this time you are welcome to join us!

Blue Dragon Tiny House In the Forest

Please note there will be a TWO-night minimum Fourth of July and Labor Day weekends! At 120 square feet plus a front porch and deck, Blue Dragon is the "grandpa" of our three tiny houses. It is the best choice for groups or families. While offering excellent privacy, it is just down the hill to the community kitchen and full bathroom with hot shower and flush toilet (you are welcome to use the private outhouse, as well.) Farmstay Scottland Yard -Wisteria- Glamping Tent

The Wisteria fits 2 adults and 1 child. This tent has a double bed, a small fold down love seat for child, frig, coffee station, dresser, and love seat. The tent is NOT heated or air conditioned. We provide electric blankets and a fan in each tent for hot or chilly nights. There is wifi access in the common areas/public spaces. There is nearby access to swimming, "The Duck Duck Go"- an outdoor shower and bathroom/2 shared full baths located in the great hall.
