This is what holiday dreams under thatched roofs look like: The Frisian cottage "Kliemkiker" was newly built in 2016: 120 square meters of living space for up to 4 people on a nearly 1000 square meter plot with fantastic views, directly on the Wadden Sea National Park. A dog is also very welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily reached by car, train or boat as a day trip.

Directly in front of the North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and near Flensburg (Baltic Sea) lies the holiday home "Rose Garden" in the idyllic Klintum The very high quality furnishings and the spacious and open spaces combined with English country house flair are ideal to escape from everyday life and dive into a decelerated world. The open-plan kitchen is ideal for ambitious amateur chefs who want to spoil their loved ones and do not want to do without professional equipment.

Enjoy an unusual ambience in the climatic health resort of Leck near the North Sea (Wadden Sea National Park) and Denmark. The apartment is centrally located in the village and also offers a small garden area to relax. On approx. 64 square meters, you can expect an extraordinary interior with designer furniture and selected old and new pieces.

This spacious apartment with over 155 m² of living space was integrated into a former hayloft of a farm in the idyllic Efkebüll. It impresses with relaxed living on two levels and a special lighting: in the morning the sun greets the bathroom and kitchen, wanders during the day in the spacious living and dining area and says goodbye in the evening in the bedroom. Generosity, spaciousness and the undisturbed view through the lush window front characterize the living experience.

Halmhuset - The Straw House

Our thatched house is probably the only "Halmhuset" that is rented as a vacation home in Denmark. It is breathable, made of clay and straw, and is sustainably supplied by heat pump and photovoltaics. In summer, the thick walls provide pleasant coolness, in winter it is cozy and warm, with a room height of up to 4 meters. A real feel-good place for up to 8 people, located at the gates of the city of Tønder, close to the Wadden Sea National Park and the islands of Sylt and Rømø.

Cozy thatched cottage in a quiet location close to the North Sea. Fully equipped and on a large property. You will occupy the house alone and the garden is also available for your exclusive use. From Humptrup, the North Sea is about 20 km away! The ideal starting point for day trips to the North Frisian islands and Halligen (e.g. Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, Hooge, Oland, Hamburger Hallig). The Nolde Museum is in the immediate vicinity and Denmark is only 3 km away.

Landsitz Risum-Lindholm

The estate is located between Niebüll and Risum-Lindholm. Forget your worries and enjoy the tranquility in the middle of fields. Enjoy the light North Frisian breeze on the terrace with a cup of coffee. Take a bike ride on the dike to Dagebüll (13 km) and from there to Föhr or Amrum. The way to Sylt or Denmark is also not far... Should the North Frisian weather show its dark side, the fireplace with its cozy warmth is ready.

Thatched Cottage by the Lake

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026

Together with our children, we have fulfilled the dream of living in our own little Bullerbü and are now happy to welcome you to our farm in one of the 3 separate lovingly furnished apartments. Welcome to our apartment Rehkitz im Wald in Süderlügum. Süderlügum is located right on the Danish border on the North Sea between Flensburg and Sylt. Shopping, playgrounds and an outdoor pool are a few minutes' walk away. Special feature: our shops are also open on Sundays and on many holidays. A fishing lake is also nearby, day tickets for this can be purchased from us.
