Our house, located on the sandbox beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, is at zero position to the sea, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished, has its own separate entrance, is on the second floor of the two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can enter the sea comfortably. There is a bazaar just 100 m away from the main street for shopping, there are two free open parking lots very close (100 m).

Hi, first of all these are cob houses all made by clay in the traditional stone masonery methods of ancient mediterranean. We're leading a self sustainable life 'as much as we can' so our electricity is coming from solar energy panels which are enough to run a small fridge, laptops, lights and phone charges. Wood fire water heater in the bathroom. We wanted to be far from the crowd so we re a bit not so easy to get at. So its best if you have a 4x4 or u can walk a path uphill for 15 minutes.
