Large living room on the ground floor (one step separates the kitchen from the living/dining room). 2 toilets, a utility room/laundry room. Air conditioning/heating, double glazing. Ideal for students or people passing through. Please note: farm noises and smells depending on the time of year.

My cottage, totally independent, classified 3 ears Gite de France and 3*** in furnished tourist accommodation. You can enjoy our swimming pool (from mid-May to mid-September) and the large garden. The Ferme Sarthou is located in the heart of the Jurançon vineyard, by the river and at the foot of the mountains. The decor is very neat. The indoor pool allows swimming from spring to autumn. If the season permits, you can pick your vegetables in the garden.
