The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes.
