Kayaks, fishing poles, life jackets, and floats are provided. Newly renovated kitchen. Infinity game table, plenty of board games, Peloton, and Strong Wifi! Fenced yard!

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

With a sandy shore, a refinished dock, and all the floats you can handle, Changing Tide feels like a beach vacation without the crowds. Located in Water View, Virginia this cozy river cottage lives up to the name! Beautiful sunsets, great for kayaking etc., this home is located right in Parrots Creek and opens up to the Rappahannock river. Often times in the summer dolphins and their babies visit the creek and river to feed. Paddling or boating with them is one of the best experiences! It is quiet and relaxing - feels like you’re a part of the natural surroundings.

We are thrilled to host guests at the newly renovated Water's Edge Cottage -- a serene oasis offering what may be the best views on the Potomac. The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”).
