A bright and airy ground floor annexe, used solely for guests. With its own entrance, a comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio area, you are guaranteed a relaxing and private stay. Nestled away in the village of Tupton on the edge of the Peak District, we hope that you can find a place to relax, eat and explore. If you're with us for work, moving house or to see family, then we have everything you need from pots and pans to a washing machine as well as a space to park.

The Granary

Situated in the country side, with no one around, the gorgeous Hardwick View Lodge. A lovely intimate space with the sounds of nature all around. You can go on many different walks, to close by places such as Hardwick Hall and Stainsby Mill. This is a perfect place for walkers or a couple wanting a romantic treat away, with a hot tub to relax in too. Our hot tub is open all year round at no extra cost, a lovely place to star gaze at night or relax in after a busy day! 2 people only, no children

Peak view

Peak view is our cosy house located on the edge of the Peak District in the village of Tibshelf in a great central location for anyone wanting days out to Matlock bath, Chatsworth, Bakewell, Sherwood Forest or walks to nearby Hardwick hall. Peak view is a spacious 2 double bed home with a large open plan living area for relaxing after a busy day, also has a private outdoor area to relax. PLEASE NOTE, peak view is not suitable for guests with work vans unfortunately due to parking restrictions.

Bright Bathroom with walk-in electric shower and plenty of storage. Good sized double bedroom with triple wardrobe a large single bedroom/office with door leading out to the private patio area. Less than a 5 minute walk to local supermarket, 3 pubs , Costa, Kings Mill Hospital and lake. 5 min. drive to Mansfield Centre.

Lane End Cottage - cosy cottage with large garden.

16th century cosy stone cottage with large private garden, includes lounge, kitchen and separate dining room. Pretty sun room ideal for morning coffees. Two bedrooms, one twin, and one king size. Shower and toilet upstairs. Bed settee is in the dining room. Will easily sleep 6 but seating is limited in the lounge. The main bath and shower room is downstairs. There is a large lawn to the front of the property with off road parking, the rear garden is private and has use of a BBQ in summer.

Ford Farm Annex, Ogston, Higham, Derbyshire

The private apartment is situated above our 3 bay detached garage, within the grounds of our home. We live down a quiet country lane giving the feeling of a rural location, but within a few miles of Matlock. It offers the freedom of modest self-catering accommodation, ideal for short breaks, the minimum stay is 2 nights. Ford Farm is good for couples and solo or business travellers, but limited to two peopIe. It is an ideal base for walking, cycling and exploring the Peak National Park

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Available for single night stays.

Stretton Hall Farm - The Annex

Our holiday cottages & glamping pods are located on our 100 acre farm on the edge of the Peak District. The Annex is a modern barn conversion with a luxurious interior, designed to make it feel like a home away from home. Secluded down a 1/4 mile private driveway in a courtyard with the other cottages, the Annex has a quiet feel to it where you can truly relax. We are contractor friendly, please message us for work stays that are Monday to Friday.

Rita’s Retreat

Rita’s Retreat is set on a working small holding, with lovely views across the fields, and sheep grazing close by. Inside is a handmade double bed, made locally, a full size shower with sink and WC and heated towel rail, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and Smart TV. Outside is a decking area with Bistro set and also an area with a fire pit. Not suitable for children Not suitable for pets
