An annex downstairs from the main house. There is a wooden terrace with a table and 4 chairs. The house is a room as well as a toilet and bathroom. There is a loft above the bathroom where 2 children can easily sleep. It is electric kettle, hot plate, various kitchen thing. There is a heat pump that lightning fast heats the room up or cools it down. The house is located in a summer house area where there is only 400 meters to a lovely beach. There are shopping opportunities in Humlum about 1 km. From Humlum there are also buses and trains.

Independent apartment on 1st floor in land property with fantastic views of Skibssted fjord. The apartment is 55 m2 large and contains a large living room, with sofa bed, a bright kitchen in independent niche, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. From the apartment there are nice views of the fjord and only 200 meters to the "own" beach. It is possible to rent a double and a single kayak - or bring your own.
