It is about 850 m to the sea. The garden is beautiful. There is a sauna and shower in the basement, a bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet on the first floor. Heating is with air-air heat pump, electric radiators and wood stove. Electricity costs DKK 2.75 per kWh, water costs DKK 47 per m3. If you want to rent linens and towels, this costs 75 DKK per person.
