Our home from home is on offer to you for your holidays in the lovely little village of Kilkhampton. This little village has a lovely tea room and shops. Close by, approximately a 12 minute car drive is Bude with its beautiful coast line and lovely charm. There you will find quirky shops and a variety of restaurants from fish and chips to fine dining. Cottage has wifi and all bed linen provided.(no towels provided) pots and pans provided

A relaxing quiet retreat. 10a Parklands is a detached spacious bungalow with level access and wider doors. There are 3 double bedrooms. Large kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Master bedroom with en suite shower room. Patio /Barbeque area and level gardens. Parking is outside the property. Set in woodland grounds close to local beaches and Tamar lakes .Close to golf courses. Sorry no pets.

We provide you with everything you need for your stay ~ French linen bedding, towels, bathrobes, hair dryer and wood for both hot tub and wood burner & a delicious Cornish cream tea on arrival. We also include tea, instant coffee and fresh ground coffee, hot chocolate with mini marshmallows and a selection of fresh and dried herbs. You have exclusive access to the hot tub during your stay.
