The top floor is given over to the main double bedroom with views over the nearby woodland, while downstairs is a bathroom & open plan kitchen/ living area with a sofa bed that can sleep a further 2 people. It is close by The Grove hotel, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Leavesden film studios, & links to London via public transport & the M25

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Perfect location for a get away from it all break yet convenient for London, the local train station is 10 mins drive away. Our out of the way location makes this an ideal relaxing break or a local longer stay for a film industry professional only a 10 minute drive to the Film Studios and Harry Potter studios We are lucky to have Prime Steakhouse the top restaurant in the area a 5 minute walk away not to mention 8 pubs within a 10 minute drive

This is a traditional old stable building which does make it unsuitable for disabled access. The location is situated in a quiet area with its own secure parking and easy access to transport links. Croxley business park is a 5 minute drive away. The motorway is a ten minute drive away. London underground metropolitan line is a ten minute walk. Wembley is a 20 minute tube ride.
