Απόσταση 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του Λαυρίου αλλά και την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης. Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. This beautiful little house is located in the center of Lavrion, very close to the port (10 minutes walk from the house). Within a 5-minute walk there are many traditional restaurants, bakeries, cafes, supermarkets and bars. The Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is a 25-minute drive .The magnificent Temple of Poseidon is an 8-minute drive or a 15-minute by bus.This home offers privacy and cosiness to its guests.
