It has stunning views of Agios Petros Petros and from both its verandas (bedroom & living room). It is just 3 km from the port and 500 m from the provincial road. Agios Petros beach is 500m from the house and in the area there are taverns and a bakery.

The apartment is located in Batsi, Andros, in the Stivari area. It is a five-minute walk from Batsi square. It is located on the mezzanine with a view of the garden and the sea, it consists of 1 double bed and next to a separate area there are 2 single beds, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, It has a large terrace with a view of the sea and the garden. The apartment accommodates 4 people.
