The Franklin Cozy is located in picturesque Historic Franklin, just over one mile from the historic downtown square. This townhouse is the ideal place for a cozy stay while visiting Franklin, Tennessee. There are many things to do locally and it's a short thirty minute drive from Nashville. If you decide to stay in and relax, no expense was spared to ensure you have everything you need. You want a wonderful stay and I want that for you too! Relax with the whole family at this pet friendly, peaceful place to stay. Cozy 3 bedroom home with spacious backyard. Conveniently located in Thompson's station, in a quiet cul-de-sac. Approximately 12 miles to downtown Franklin, 4 Miles to Spring Hill 35 miles to Nashville Airport, and about 30 miles to Downtown Nashville. PET FEE: $20 per pet/per day (possibly negotiable depending on length of stay.) Pet fee is not included in the total airbnb fee, and will be requested after booking.

This 1 level, 1 bedroom (King bed), 1 bathroom is tucked away on a farm in Spring Hill, TN. Escape for some time to relax at this beautiful countryside guest house. It is 11 miles from FirstBank Amphitheater and 12 miles from downtown Spring Hill, where there is shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. No pets, no smoking, and no bonfires or fireworks. (There is a small firepit in the yard that guests can use.) There will be an extra electric fee if any vehicles are charged.
