Cozy Basement Suite with Private Entrance

Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

The house includes the use of a large pool, all the pool toys (during summer, late spring, and early fall), and outdoor relaxation. The house features 22 ft of screened patio doors that open wide giving you access to pool living. The view and sunsets are amazing. There is an abundance of green space for games and mature trees, or for winter activities such as pond skating.
