Ένα όμορφο και ξεχωριστό πέτρινο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με μεράκι πολύ αγάπη εξ ολοκλήρου από τα θεμέλια με φυσικά υλικά όπως πέτρα και ξύλο.Βρίσκεται σε καταπράσινη περιοχή έξω από το χωριό της Νεροτριβιάς με απεριόριστη και ανεμπόδιστη θέα τον Ευβοϊκό κόλπο και το όρος Καντηλιο ιδανικό για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας. This superb luxury villa with unlimited sea-view is located at Neos Voutzas, a quiet place close to the sea. Ideal for families or small groups from 12 up to 16 persons. It is very close to Nea Makri, Rafina and Marathon, quite populated places in summer time, very attractive for swimming, good food and night life. The villa has a nice garden with a 50- square-meter swimming pool, a BBQ, a pizza oven. 30 minutes from the airport or Athens. Ideal also for remote work, 200 Mbps internet.

EagleView Villa is a residence with unique view and access to the sea and the mountain in just 5 minutes, with special aesthetics and architectural view to the location of Vlachia village of Evia. The area provides the unique combination of excursions to unique secluded coastal bays and long beaches where the plane trees reach the sea, as well as long routes to the green mountain. It's a welcoming space with all the comforts. The wifi has been fixed and it works perfectly!

A spacious, detached, cozy, full-of-art house of 140sqm in the northern suburbs of Athens. The place is near mount Parnitha, among the pines, with a big garden, and a private swimming pool. An ideal location for people who want to explore Athens while enjoying nature. The center of Athens is 23 km away and is accessible via car, approximately 25 min (fastest way), but you can always visit Athens via public transportation, approximately 1h10min (1 bus and metro).

Beachfront House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, only 1 hour away from Athens. 4 acres of land, with beautiful olive, fig, orange and lemon trees. Unique beach front access offers hours of fun for kids and adults alike. In summer, enjoy the fresh produce from our garden. At the moment we are growing, cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinis, green peppers and aubergines. We look forward to welcoming you!

Maria’s Mansion 3 m from the SEA 🇬🇷

Ο περιβάλλων χώρος της βίλας ο οποίος είναι δύο στρέμματα, προσφέρεται για ξεκούραση, χαλάρωση και ηρεμία.Έχετε επίσης το προνόμιο να δοκιμάσετε φρέσκα φρούτα από τα δέντρα του κήπου. Υπάρχει γκαράζ για δύο αυτοκίνητα μέσα στο χώρο της βίλας. Το γρήγορο wifi ειναι ένα από τα ατού του σπιτιού. Υπάρχει μπάρμπεκιου εξωτερική κουζίνα και τουαλέτα που μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε καθώς είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένα!!!!
