The house was built in the 17th century by a lord of the Order of Malta to establish his own village. A private outdoor area is available for your use, complete with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a barbecue (please bring your own charcoal)

About forty km from Lyon, a city renowned for its gastronomy, its Festival of Lights (early December), its centers of interest: the traboules, miniature and cinema museum, Fourvière Basilica, Lyon-Perrache train station, etc.

Château de Moiré, Beaujolais

Le chateau de Moire was restored to be a family home and feels more like a home than a rental. The walls are decorated with original paintings including many of the surrounding area, renowned for its golden stone. The house lends itself to two or three families sharing however it is a lovely treat to be there by ourselves. Moire is a quiet village and we love guests who come to unwind and appreciate the beautiful views and the character of the house and area.
