Lakefront home w/Beach in Kendall that's Spacious, Clean and Designed for Extra Comfortable Sleeping. Located in a very safe, family friendly neighborhood w/playground. I live in the same neighborhood & love it here. New AC+fans in all rooms. Peaceful back yard on lake that has lots of ducks, turtles, iguanas, ibis and egrets (no snakes/gators). Very desirable location, central to attractions/highways and walking distance from a lot. High Quality Beds, Super Fast Internet, Fully Stocked Kitchen.

This is a large home with 5 bedrooms (7 Queen beds) and 3 full bathrooms (also 2 Futons for extra sleeping space). Parking for up to 4 cars. Home includes many attractions such as a pool table/Ping-Pong, 75in TV, 2 arcade booths, board game’s , and out door dinning with a jacuzzi/hammock and a BBQ. The home is brand new and always cleaned to perfection. Very big shopping center with restaurants, grocery store, gym, entertainment etc. LESS THAN ONE MILE . Entire home is yours to enjoy!
