There is a Shoppers Drugmart just up the street Sunnyside and Bank. The TD center is a 10 min walk. There you will find groceries, restaurants, farmers market in the summer, movie theatre, all kinds of shopping boutiques and stores, concert venue, sports venue. There is a city bus stop in front of the building. The airport is a 13 min drive and the train station 10 min. The Voyageur bus station is a 35 min walk . Carleton University is 30 min walk Ottawa University is 10 min drive or 40 min walk The apartment is located on the lower level of a 4 apartment building. There is no parking on the property itself but street parking is available for free and there are no restrictions.
