We are just outside the city boundary and just a 15min bike ride along the river to the Town Centre. you can use the citi 3 bus stop which is just on the corner. The property has a small kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster & fridge. We have a small table & 2 chairs.There's a double bed, clothes storage plus ensuite with towels & toiletries provided plus underfloor heating for comfort.

Warm, light and airy study bedroom with en suite shower and toilet and it's own small kitchen area. The studio has a separate entrance, bike parking and lovely garden view. The huge desk becomes a bed without having to put away your work! Kitchen has a single induction hob, sink and fridge. Studio is fully equipped including all linen & towels supplied so suits overseas visitors. Change of linen and towels will be done weekly and a light clean.

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
