Beautiful House in the middle of Germany

Feedback of guests: We stayed for 2 nights in this very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had very modern fittings including a large walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and there was an attractive living room. Although the apartment is in a rural area, the town of Halle is within 10 miles and the nearest supermarket is only about 2 miles away. We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely apart. located in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

El Papagayo - Beautiful 2-room apartment in the Paulusviertel

Das ruhig gelegene und helle Apartment befindet sich in der Goethestraße, einer der schönsten Straßen im Paulusviertel. Es liegt im ersten OG eines Gründerzeitgebäudes und verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer, sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche mit einem sehr bequemen Schlafsofa. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen, wobei die Breite des Schlafsofas (1,30m) im Wohnzimmer zu beachten ist. Zwei Kindern bietet es bequem Platz, zwei Erwachsenen, wenn sie sich sehr mögen.

Willkommen in meinem wunderschönen und charmanten 1-Zimmer-Apartment in der Saalestadt Halle. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, welche zudem Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Haus bietet. Tolle Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Die stilvoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im Künstlerviertel Giebichenstein unweit der Saale und des Hallenser Zoos.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

City Escape - Surrounded by Vineyards

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.
