Apartamento de 1 dormitorio, 1 baño y un comodísimo sofá/cama. Se trata de un apartamento en el que se ha aprovechado muy bien el espacio y puede albergar a 4 personas cómodamente. Dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días y sentirte como en casa, incluyendo múltiples tipos de accesorios de cocina y productos básicos de baño. Los huéspedes pueden acceder a todas las estancias del apartamento sin compartirlas con nadie. Plaza de garaje incluida en el precio del alquiler. La plaza de garaje se encuentra en el edificio de al lado y sus dimensiones son 4,90m de largo por 2,15 de ancho, por lo que cabe casi cualquier tipo de coche. Sin embargo, se encuentra cerca de la pared donde termina el parking y el espacio para maniobrar es reducido, por lo que los coches de más de 4,50 metros de largo pueden tener dificultades para aparcar. Recomiendo que compruebes conmigo si tu coche es adecuado para la plaza de garaje. Siempre estoy disponible para los huéspedes si necesitan ayuda con cualquier cosa aunque agradezco se respeten las horas de descanso nocturno para temas no urgentes.

El apartamento está situado en un edificio histórico construido en 1890. Es una "corrala" típica de Madrid que está completamente rehabilitada. La localización del edificio lo sitúa muy cerca de la línea de metro pero también está cercano a la línea de metro que lleva directo al aeropuerto. Es perfecto para cortas estancias.

Is a penthouse, has a tinny bathroom, separate small kitchen, quite big bedroom with 1,35 x 1 90 size bed, small living room with sofa & terrace. Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
