Private parking in enclosed courtyard. No pets allowed except in exceptional cases upon prior request. Owners on site (basement with separate entrance)

New apartment in our house but with an independent entrance. Inside you will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. For intense heat, you can cool the space with air conditioning. The Wi-Fi code and the Orange TV will be provided to you on site. 5 minutes from Dax train station, 35 minutes from Bayonne and 30 minutes from the first Landes beaches, you will also find a bakery and a SPAR in the city and a large Leclerc 5 km away.

We are on site and available if needed, but your accommodation is independent with a secure parking space.
