A living room equipped with a large screen, a comfortable corner sofa, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine and a nice little balcony. You will also have two parking spaces in the residence which is intended to be quiet and relaxing. Ideally located, you will be 10 minutes from the Saint Paul Les Dax shopping center, 30 minutes from Capbreton, 45 minutes from Bayonne and 1 hour from Spain.
