Il Grottino

The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with large garden for guests. It is 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.

Rustico on an idyllic forest clearing

Casa Berlinda, The detached rustic south-facing on a large forest and meadow property ensures comfort and well-being through the charming combination of rustic elements with modern comforts (all rooms have underfloor heating, shower bath and kitchen). The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

The spacious and comfortable apartment (105m2) in the picturesque Sala Caprisaca, is located in a very quiet, sunny residential area and is only 1km from Tesserete. There are shops, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, post office, banks and e-mobility stations. In summer, the nearby swimming pool is very popular for young and old. Beautiful forests (e.g. Torre di Redde) or Lake Origlio invite you to take a walk. The nearby Val Colla and Monte Baro are biker hotspots.

L'appartamento è al primo piano, raggiungibile dal posteggio privato attraverso una breve scalinata. È composto da due camere da letto doppie, cucina rinnovata e ampio locale open space con un divano a letto (140x200 cm). Tutti i locali danno accesso alla meravigliosa terrazza attrezzata per godere di un aperitivo al tramonto od un pranzo. Grazie all'esposizione a sud la terrazza è agibile nelle belle giornate tutto l'anno. Un luogo davvero tranquillo e di pace!
