One of the most peaceful beaches in the region, affectionately nicknamed by its vacationers and residents of Texas Beach. Its pleasant climate enchants many tourists and is ideal for those seeking rest. In addition, it is conveniently located near the beaches of Capão da Canoa and Atlântida. Beautiful and cozy house for special days. It has 2 lawn grounds, swimming pool and game room with pool table and card table. The house provides 4 equipped bedrooms (bed/table/bath), wardrobe, ceiling fan and three of them with direct access to the pisicina and a suite, totaling 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is complete with crockery and appliances. Kiosk with table, barbecue and skewers. Equipped laundry and beach chairs. Living room with TV and fireplace, Wi-Fi and 24-hour security.

New furniture and planned for home office. We don't host smokers. We do not host pets. We do not offer sheets and towels.
