It is rented as a whole house and is suitable for guests looking for peace, privacy and a stay in nature. You won't find the hustle and bustle of the city or the neighbouring houses - the place is ideal for a slow pace, relaxation and quiet. The cottage is located approximately 5 km from Litoměřice and offers the possibility of excursions around the Bohemian Uplands.

Beautiful, fully equipped 3-room house with private garden. The house is design-oriented. It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) including a hood, a double bed and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. From one bedroom and the living room, there is an entrance to the garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.

Newly renovated apartment „U Gothic twin“with an area of 37 square meters with historic vaulted ceiling is located in the very quiet historical centre of Litoměřice in the basement of the house. The apartment is fully equipped and includes a size double bed 180 x 200 cm, central heating, free Wi-Fi, TV Smart screen connected to the Internet + PC connection (HDMI,USB), dining table, comfortable sofa. Kitchen is fully equipped. Small bathroom with shower and toilet with an area of 1.5 sq.m.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Auto lze zaparkovat na placeném parkovišti přímo u apartmánu, dlouhodobější stání doporučujeme u autobusového a vlakového nádraží (500 m) za 10 Kč na den.

It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
