A large screened-in porch (24x16) overlooking the lake invites intimate conversations, fishing and some enjoyable time on the water. Paddle boat or Jon-boat is available (with notice) Tumlin lake is the City water supply so water is clean. No Motorized water-craft allowed on lake. Only sail and paddle craft permitted. Enjoy nature while staying in a quiet 2 bedroom attached suite on a 16 acre horse property. The guest suite is approximately 900 sq ft. and has everything you need to feel more than comfortable!
