The home is warm and comfortable with a large boat shed to store your toys. There are 2 kayaks and 2 retro cruiser bikes for you to use. The kitchen and bathroom are modern with new flooring throughout. The property is fully fenced and close to several playgrounds and takeaway shops. The outdoor bath is utter bliss all year round.

We are 5 minutes from the very beautiful Whakaipo Bay, a quiet spot to walk or have a swim. You can also enjoy plenty of bush walks around the area. Hairdryer/toiletries/iron not provided

Great location, great shower, great beds!

I’m so happy to be able to share my wonderful home with others and supplement my pension 😀 The AirBnb rooms are separate from my part of the home. There’s 2 rooms and a bathroom. The bedroom has a queen double bed. The lounge has a king double bed and couch with a tv, a microwave, toaster, jug and fridge. It is quite roomy 6x4 mtrs. There is a small step up to the shower so take care coming out of it. You will enjoy beautiful Taupo. 😎

Nestled in the central, picturesque and highly sort after Bird Area, you are just 2 mins walk to the lake, 5 mins walk to local shops and restaurants and 15 mins walk into the CBD. This is a cosy cottage with a peaceful outdoor living area for the kids to safely play and the adults enjoy the tranquility the location has to offer.
