Hoetten's Hemlock Haven

Relax with the whole family or with someone special in this little piece of heaven. There’s fun in the sun or snow! Take the kayaks, peddle boat or canoe and explore the lake or enjoy a day at Ski Wentworth, come back to warm up and roast marshmallows by the fire (wood provided) then lounge in the gazebo and top it all off with a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Lots of trails for walking, hiking or snowshoeing. Located just 16km from Ski Wentworth and 18km from the charming village of Tatamagouche.

Lakefront Cottage

This 4-season cottage was built in 2018 and located on a pristine lake, between Wentworth and Wallace in beautiful Cumberland County. It has always been a place to relax and be in nature for family and friends so I feel fortunate to be able to share it with others to also enjoy. It’s approximately a 15 min drive to the villages of either Pugwash/Wallace/Wentworth and/or Tatamagouche which offer a variety of opportunities such as hiking/biking, skiing, golf and beautiful beaches and local markets

Our property is a private & homey spot for those craving a taste of the country but still want to be close to amenities of Pictou. New updates to the unit include new bedroom flooring, new beds, & new refrigerator. Animals on property! Golden Retrievers, chickens, ducks, bunny rabbit & cats. 5-10 min drive to: Pictou, Sobeys, beach, Caribou-PEI Ferry, walk/bike trail. *Please note the 2nd bedroom is ONLY accessible through the first bedroom. Short stroll to restaurant and small liquor store. Grocery, winery, microbrew, lobster pound, further restaurants. While not an ideal beach for swimming, there are several within a short drive.

Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

Lovely rustic waterfront family cottage, 3 bedrooms, full bath and kitchen. Our lot is right on the Northumberland Strait (Warmest waters north of Carolina's), has stunning panoramic ocean views with bank access to the beautiful beach below. A great beach to swim and explore. Features a large wrap around patio with BBQ, furniture and a large grassy lawn. It is a great place to stay if you enjoy kayaking, fishing or boating as there is a boat launch just minutes away.

Seaside Country GuestHouse

Welcome to Brule Point, only 10 minutes from the village of Tatamagouche, NS. Our home is located on a 4 acre, private, waterfront lot on the shores of Tatamagouche Bay. A somewhat stony, rocky shoreline at tide, but fairly nice sandy beach at low tide, perfect for wading, strolling, and swimming (at your own risk). There is a 30 ft. bank so a number of steps down to the water. Use at your own risk, and young children should be supervised. Registration # STR2425A6469
