The apartment has a closed courtyard and a small front yard, with a separate room, equipped kitchen and bathroom. The zart courtyard and the inner garden guarantee a discreet stay, an intimate get-together with a partner in the middle of the city, yet hidden from the outside world. Near the villa there are restaurants, shops, cinemas, bars. Attention, bikers, there is a bike shop and service in your neighborhood. You can safely lock the wheelchair in the garden adjacent to the apartment, and if there is any problem, there are professional and helpful mechanics next door.

We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

The center of Szentendre is 10 minutes away by car, and Budapest is only 20 minutes. The wooden cabin features air conditioning for both cooling and heating on both levels, ensuring your ideal temperature. The house is accessible by public transport, but carrying a lot of luggage may be challenging.

A városunk legfőbb látványosságai (Tatai vár, Esterházy kastély, Kálvária-domb, Geológiai múzeum, Nagytemplom, Fő-tér...) 10 perces sétával elérhetőek. A környéken spar, interspar, lidl, termelői piac és egyéb üzletek is működnek. A vendégház stílusában kedves és természetközeli, egy igazi második otthon! Igyekeztünk úgy kialakítani, hogy vendégeinknek örömteli legyen az itt eltöltött idő. :)

Zsíroshegyi Vendégház II- New luxurious wooden cottage in a huge private garden, perfect for relaxation! On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa which opens into a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and a washing machine. It has a 30 sqm private terrace from where you can admire the Danube and the Visegrád Castle.
