The apartment with tourist license no. HUTT-056222 and 83m² has a large terrace (33m²), fully equipped kitchenette and is located in Villa Tengrimar with swimming pool (salt water), garden and ocean view, approx. 100-150 m. from the beach. Guests have the option to bring their own bed linens (-20 Euros). Towels can be rented: 1 set (hand, bath, and beach towels) costs €15/person/stay. The 30% discount for monthly rent is valid from 01.10 to 31.05.

On the first floor is the dining room with a fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and the kitchen with access to the pool area and the back porch, where there is a barbecue and a space to eat outside. The second floor consists of two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a terrace with an ocean view.
