Enjoy a 2,500 m² park with vineyard views, table tennis and a swimming pool (heated on request from 01/06 to 15/09, depending on the weather and for an additional charge). The interior is air-conditioned (living room, kitchen, hallway to the bedrooms) and features 4 bedrooms, a cosy living room, a kitchen-diner, and two shower rooms. Lovely Cottage in a domaine with pool

Completely renovated in june 2022. Cottage located at the entrance of the domain "La Rousserie". You will be seduced by the calm and tranquility of the place. THe swimming pool is opened until 9.00 pm and shared with owners (sometimes we are not on place for holidays). You will probably see some derrs, pheasants and storks. From there, you can visit St Emilion and the vineyard (18 km), the Dune of Pyla (70 km), ocean beaches (53 km), the city of Bordeaux (23 km) and the périgord (50 km).
