Enjoy a 2,500 m² park with vineyard views, table tennis and a swimming pool (heated on request from 01/06 to 15/09, depending on the weather and for an additional charge). The interior is air-conditioned (living room, kitchen, hallway to the bedrooms) and features 4 bedrooms, a cosy living room, a kitchen-diner, and two shower rooms. A genuine break to enjoy the good life in the Bordeaux vineyards.

Lovely Cottage in a domaine with pool

Completely renovated in june 2022. Cottage located at the entrance of the domain "La Rousserie". You will be seduced by the calm and tranquility of the place. THe swimming pool is opened until 9.00 pm and shared with owners (sometimes we are not on place for holidays). You will probably see some derrs, pheasants and storks. From there, you can visit St Emilion and the vineyard (18 km), the Dune of Pyla (70 km), ocean beaches (53 km), the city of Bordeaux (23 km) and the périgord (50 km).

This former 65 m2 cellar converted into a house, has a large kitchen open to a living room with sofa bed, two bedrooms, a dressing room and a large bathroom. Located a short walk from the Wine Route, 30 minutes from Bordeaux and Saint Emilion, one hour from Arcachon and the ocean beaches as well as Cap Ferret. It offers an ideal setting to discover the treasures of the region.

The Cozy is a charming detached house of 60 m2 air-conditioned + 35 m2 of covered terrace in a quiet area + swimming pool + barbecue + deckchairs with a large enclosed garden of 2500 m2. (Baby bed available). Shops are 3 km away. We have 3 adorable female dogs (1 Golden Retriever & 2 Cavalier King Charles). Bordeaux 20 km away, St Emilion 30 minutes away, Blaye Citadel 30 minutes away.
