After renovating the castle of Candeze dating from 1480, located in one of the most beautiful villages in France, we rehabilitated the lower part of the castle, to make it an apartment of 100 m2 with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. Calm,rest,freshness awaits you at the interior or ancient paving, stone vault,old doors, antique furniture create the decor. Spacious apartment with a large family room. You will have access to a large adjoining park.

The studio is located in the Chateau Salamon, which overlooks the Tarn river (or Lake of Lacroux) and benefits from an exceptional view. The omnipresent nature invites calm and relaxation. It has a private beach with pontoon and a "Jeu de boules" playground. Dans un Parc naturel, à 1h de Toulouse, le Château de Belmont-Ste-Foi est un joyau du patrimoine. "La Bergerie", classée 4*, est une maison indépendante, tout confort, située à l'entrée du parc de 5 ha, entre le château et le pigeonnier. Entièrement rénovée dans le respect du bâti quercynois, elle dispose d'1 chambre et d'1 mezzanine (plafond bas car sous pente du toit). Idéale pour 1 couple seul, elle convient parfaitement pour un couple avec enfants. Maximum 3 adultes.

The cottage has a private outdoor jacuzzi with a view of the castle: To share: heated swimming pool (closed from October to May), gym/games room and pétanque court.

Property from 1776 reinventing the Malmaison mansion in a somewhat remote place. It has a lingerie in the basement. On the 1st floor the living rooms: the living room with fireplace, the kitchen with fireplace, the dining room with fireplace and a snooker with 2 after-rooms (office and boudoir). On the 2nd floor is the 4 bedrooms (including one in a row) with each a bathroom. Outside there is 2 terraces, a large wooded park and a swimming pool.

It is located in Montarnaud and offers many discoveries: St Guilhem the desert, Clamouse cave, Salagou Lake, Aresquiers beach at 40' and the beautiful city of Montpellier. The air-conditioned studio can accommodate 2 adults-1 child or 3 adults on a short term. Bed made on arrival, towels provided, private terrace with barbecue. Shops nearby. Wifi available.
