A spacy open place at the back of the house and garden all commodities with splashpool, private kitchen and bathroom . At the entrance of Facinas village, up the hill , with a mature fine grocery food and drink shop in front of the house. No need for a car for shopping. 7km to the Sea, cristaline best Atlantic Ocean beaches, Bolonia, Palomas, Tarifa...

Apartamento en el campo. Lugar tranquilo, a 10 minutos de Tarifa, a 10 minutos de Bolonia. Tiene dormitorio de matrimonio, salón-cocina-comedor con un sofá-cama. La cocina tiene toda clase de electrodomésticos. Termo eléctrico, aire acondicionado. Con aparcamientos individuales y zona de recreo. A 5 minutos de las dunas de la playa de Valdevaqueros. A 5 minutos del restaurante BIBO, el Tumbao, bar con alimentación y panadería artesanal, pizzería en Casas de Porros. El apartamento tiene 35 mtros.

The bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed,lots of storage and plenty of space.The lounge/diner has dining facilities for 4, beautiful views overlooking the rear garden to the sea and the Ikea double sofa bed converts to sleep 2 adults .DVDs + player,library,music, games are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and the shower room is light and spacious. All TOWELS and BEDDING provided.

Relájate y desconecta en este alojamiento tranquilo y elegante. A tan solo 2 minutos de la playa andando y 10 min. del casco histórico. El alojamiento cuenta con una habitación con cama de 150, cocina completa, baño y salón comedor. Muy cerca del paseo marítimo donde poder pasear o practicar algún deporte. Los deportes náuticos los tienes al alcance de la mano, ya sea de vela, buceo, natación etc. Dispones de restaurantes en la zona del paseo marítimo o supermercados que también están cerca.

Loft distributed in one space with living room- kitchen, bed-mezzanine very spacious and (Bed-sofa), bathroom and a terrace surrounded by garden full of trees, Barbaque...The Loft is attached to our house (but totally independent).

La habitación dispone de una cama de matrimonio y un cuarto de baño completo. El jardín es de uso exclusivo para los clientes y cuenta con una pequeña zona chill-out. Cabaña independiente situada en nuestra parcela en la playa de los Alemanes, rodeada de pinos y palmeras y con vistas al mar, decorada con mucho cariño. Si estáis buscando playa y tranquilidad, éste es vuestro sitio. Estamos a 4 minutos andando de la playa de los Alemanes y a 20 minutos del Cañuelo, dos de las playas mas bonitas de Andalucía. El bonito pueblo de Zahara de los Atunes está a 5 km de la casa. La cabaña dispone de cocina y baño independiente.

Incredible sea views from all 4 bedrooms, the living room, and the outdoor area. Access by stairs down two floors. 140m2 house on 2 floors. Small pool, sunbathing area with artificial grass, and a gas BBQ area. Quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. Beaches 700m walk away. 5 minutes from Sotogrande Port and Puerto de la Duquesa. 40 minutes from Marbella and Gibraltar.
