A peaceful retreat built for leisurely mornings, warm light, quiet evenings, and understated comfort. The design combines natural wood, soft textures, and carefully chosen details to create a luxury cottage atmosphere—simple, calm, and authentic. Each space has been designed for privacy and relaxation: cozy bedrooms, large windows overlooking nature, reading corners, ambient lighting, and a separate kitchen that completes the experience of a private retreat. And the feeling that time is slowing down a bit.

The apartment is part of a traditional transylanian farmhouse, with a private entryway. The rooms are freshly restored and offer a cozy and calm ambiance. Breakfast is included and consists of delicious, organic and local ingredients, most of them actually being produced on the farm, that you are welcome to visit. Farm to table dinner is available as well, upon request beforehand (at least two days before arrival). We make equisite cheese, butter, charcuterie and other delicious treats.

It's the perfect place to explore Sibiu at your own pace and enjoy every moment.

Romantic dome by the river with an Ofuro hot tub under the stars

This geodesic dome was designed for us as a personal refuge, but the desire of others to experience it inspired us to rent it. Here you will find a comfortable space, full of light and good energy. Equipped with a freestanding bathtub, private ofuro tub included, outdoor terrace and fireplace. The location is designed for a quiet getaway, where you can enjoy an authentic experience and total disconnection. Officially classified with 3 stars by the Ministry of Tourism. ✅ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Linistea Muntilor Chalet - Two-Bedroom Chalet

This is our first chalet, built in 2021. It has a Swedish inspired architecture, with modern finishing and very bright interiors. The front terrace has an astounding overview of the entire Fagaras Moutains ridge and just in front of the terrace, 5m away, there is the lake. Inside there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Outside the bedrooms there is a open-space kitchen and dining area with view towards the moat and the lake. The hot tub is available but not included.

Hand-built off-grid cabin near Sibiu, perfect for 2–4 guests. Crafted with our bare hands from wood, hemp, stone, and glass, 479 Tiny House offers peace, privacy, and stunning mountain views. Ideal for slow living, digital detox, or creative retreats. 20 minutes from Sibiu, yet worlds away from urban noise and stress. We speak german, french, english and of course, romanian.

Sibiu City Lights

The apartment is located in a very quiet but also accessible area, being right on the outskirts of Sibiu. The apartment is part of our property but with a completely separate entrance and courtyard. It's 10 minutes to downtown. 5 minutes away is Prima Shopping Center, Kaufland, Jumbo, etc. Both the mountains and the city view bring a calm and relaxing atmosphere to the home. The apartment is suitable for families/groups of up to 6 people.

Dodo Land

The cottage is located in Mărginimea Sibiului, 20 km from the city, with quick access from the highway and close to local restaurants. In front there is a beautiful lake, and around – an orchard (3000 sqm) with apples, pears, plums and quinces, which you can enjoy in season. Playground, hammocks, internet, TV and parking – everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Perfect for 6 people or 2 families.

Crio's House

Our location is about a 25-minute walk from the historical center of the beautiful city of Sibiu. The house is arranged on three levels, located on a quiet street, illuminated at night. You can also have your morning coffee on the terrace behind the house where you can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. Also behind the house is the grass garden and a small fish pond and next to it is a wooden swing.
