Townhouse with garden and private parking on La Rochefoucauld. Renovated basement house on the upper part, access is by a few steps. The accommodation is easy to access, close to shops, restaurants within a 5-minute drive. The accommodation consists of a large living-dining kitchen area, a bathroom with a separate toilet and two bedrooms with a 140x190 bed. Bedding PROVIDED, bath towels NOT PROVIDED. Self check-in. I welcome you to a fully independent apartment in the main residence which has all the necessary comforts as well as a small private garden. Bakery and restaurant bar/tobacconist 1 min walk. Taponnat-Fleurignac is a warm and welcoming town. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Rochefoucauld and its many historic places, shops and restaurants. 20 km from Angoulême 1 hr from Cognac. Enjoy your stay! :)

It is with pleasure that we welcome you to our studio above our workshop at our home, located 5 minutes from La Rochefoucauld. It has a private entrance, we put the keys at your disposal in a code box to leave you free of your schedules. You have a 140 bed with comfortable bedding + 80×180 bed, a kitchen and bathroom with toilet. A garden table is available under the fir trees, as well as outdoor games for children.
