Fantastic newly built & modern villa in Bovallstrand

The house is located in stunning Bovallstrand with a sea view. The house is in sublet terrain. Entrance level consists of large modern fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island from 2021. Dining area for 10 people and large living room with fireplace. Fully tiled bathroom with brass details and shower. On the entrance level there are built-in speakers in the ceiling that are controlled via Sonos. There is also a loft with two single beds, sofa and TV. The downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms of which bedroom 1 is with walk-in-closet and double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and own exit to the terrace and bedroom 3 with a family bed for three. Downstairs, there is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a tiled bathroom with shower. Here you will also find a large TV room with sofa and large screen TV. The house has a large balcony on the ground floor with dining area for 8 and with stairs down to a huge wooden deck where the Jacuzzi, sunbeds, outdoor furniture and dining area for 10 are available. The whole house is top modern with all the luxury that may be needed and with the latest equipment. Broadband is connected throughout the house.

Welcome to cozy Villa Bernhardina in cozy Kämpersvik, perfect location between Grebbestad and Fjällbacka. - 6 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed is located in the outhouse connected to the house), in addition we have a cozy little “summer room” adjacent to the terrace at the back, which is furnished with sofa bed if you would like extra sleeping space. - Two newly renovated toilets - Two living rooms - Terrace on both front and back side. - On the front we have a cozy bubble bath with room for 6 people.

Nice cottage with hot tub and private jetty

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home located right on the lake. A magical place to find tranquility and just hang out with loved ones while also being a short drive to the sea and Grebbestad (and several coastal communities). The wooden deck of the house faces the lake and you enjoy both morning and evening sun on one of the different patios. On the property, there is a living room and two smaller cabins, which means that you also have a cozy and secluded garden for play and activities.

A Peaceful, cosy, and homy Swedish house by the ocean. The house is located in the pretty Swedish town. If you’re planning a calm and quiet vacation being in nature, here you’ll be able to experience a genuine and fantastically beautiful ocean and forest. Every season have its aesthetic charm, you'll love nature in Havstenssund. Spend a special moments with family (with kids) and significant others! Welcome to our Apartment on the 2nd floor. Long stairs up. Large terrace. Living room, sofa and TV. Bedroom 2 where one bedroom has 2 double beds and the last room has a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. We live in the house ourselves. It's even check in with a key box We are not always present during their stay! Kitchen has a small bar table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast. Otherwise, there are tables and chairs to enjoy their meals outside.

Warm welcome to this cozy and beautiful house in the small village Hällevadsholm at the Swedish west coast. Perfectly situated in between Gothenburg (100km) and Oslo (150km). Easy to reach by train or bus. Within a short walking distance from the house you’ll find several popular lakes for swimming, a local grocery store, a petrol station, the trainstation and busstation. It’s only a short drive to popular summer destinations as Fjällbacka ( 15km), Smögen (30km), Lysekil (34km).

Main cabin with three bedrooms- one with double bed, one with a 120 cm bed and one room with bunk bed. Large kitchen with both gas, induction and coffee machine. Fireplace. Simple guesthouse with four beds and kitchenette. Lovely large patio by the pool and below. Plenty of summer toys - SUP, kubb, badminton, etc. Promise with housebroken pets.

Nice house at the Swedish west coast

Renovated spacious and practical house with room for many. In addition to the Bohuslän idyll, there is a fenced plot with hammock, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with large grill and Italian pizza oven. In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.
