It's on year round water, 15 minutes to Pell City, AL where you can find groceries or dining options. It's located 45 minutes to Birmingham and only 2 hours from downtown Atlanta. With a stunning view of the lake and great dock space, you will have lots of time to relax and enjoy the water. There is a beautiful view of the water and a hill to walk down to the dock. It won't be accessible for handicap or physically disabled due to walking the grass hill down to the dock.

Spacious Logan Martin Lake House

Our lake house provides a family friendly getaway located on beautiful Logan Martin Lake. Sleeps 10-12. Three bedroom, two bath home. We have two bedrooms upstairs, a bunk room downstairs, and a bonus room with a queen size bed we call the fishing room. Our newly added firepit and and patio provide a wonderful retreat. You can hang out at the lake, and end your day enjoying the view around the firepit. We have the best sunsets!

Located on beautiful Logan Martin Lake, this newly renovated houseboat has everything you need for a peaceful retreat. The Captain's Quarters has a queen bed. In the Crews' Quarters are a single bunk, a double bunk, and a TV. The back and front deck areas are great for sunsets and sunrises! Kayaks, a canoe, a floating pad, and outdoor games are available. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the decks of the boat.
