This listing is ideal for families and groups to enjoy medium to long-term stays. This apartment hotel opened in 2023 and is located in a quiet residential area close to the city center. There are waterfronts, parks, and shrines nearby. The spacious 40 ㎡ interior features two full-size beds, bunk beds, and a sofa bed, accommodating up to five adults. (Infants under 2 years old sleeping in the same bed as their parents stay free.) There is a compact kitchen where you can cook, a fully automatic washer and dryer, a spacious bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is also an Android TV and free WiFi, so it is a good environment for spending time indoors or working. You can also relax on the rooftop open to guests. Check-in is done using an automated system with a tablet, so you don't have to worry about late night check-in. The door is managed by the latest touch key system. Located a 5-minute walk from the nearest station (Sumiyoshi Station, Hanzomon Line, Toei Shinjuku Line), there is a supermarket nearby. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Opening November 2024. innnn higashinagasaki is a renovated house that is about 50 years old, limited to one group per day. It is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Ikebukuro station, yet you can have a relaxing stay. Even though it was my first time there, it felt nostalgic, and the friendly people in the shopping district made me feel like a local for the day. Located on the 2nd floor of the popular cafe, MIAMIA, at the entrance of the shopping street, a 2-minute walk from Higashi-Nagasaki Station, it is a private rental for an entire floor. There are also plenty of delicious shops and fun places around, in Higashi-Nagasaki, a town where you can see people's faces. Please have a relaxing time at this inn where you can feel the buzz of the city. Also, it is about 15 minutes to Shinjuku and about 30 minutes to Tokyo Station and Ginza Station, making it an ideal base for travel.
