面向大海又同時鄰近墾丁大街的獨立套房，每個房間都有面海的陽台。 這間是三樓的房間，有面海的大窗戶，和室的木板上的床墊可以睡兩人，有需要時也可以增加費用增加單人床墊，最多可以加兩張，可以同時睡四人，但當然會相對擁擠。 陽台有提供桌子椅子，可以進食和吸煙。 請注意務必要注意火是否熄滅，離開前請把垃圾包在一起放於房間外。 此房源的衛浴間沒有可上鎖的門，有使用水泥建設造成半開放式的設計。 備註： 三樓的冷氣非常冷，但因為是舊的，會有點燥音還有持續使用會有滴水的情況，我們會準備毛巾在滴水的位置，不介意再入住。 台灣的管線與國外不同，請勿把衛生紙丟到馬桶內。
