Final cleaning is available for an additional fee of €90. Electric car charging is €25; if you stay for more than 3 nights, the charging fee is €45.

The cottage has underfloor heating/wood stove. In the courtyard of the cottage, there is a large hut, freely available. The nearest body of water is Jokijärvi, 600 meters to the beach, where there is a beach and a rowboat. Connection to the official sled trail. Hiking trail Simosenpolku next to the property. Maintained ski trail to ski trails. Kalle Päätalo Museum, Kallioniemi, about 3 km away.

Electric cars may not be charged in the carport. The apartment has crockery for 12 people. Dishwasher and microwave. If you like, you can get a linen set for €22 per person. The final cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the tenant. If you wish, you can purchase it as an additional service for €80. Notify the landlord of the additional service in good time.

Welcome to Villa Jaakkola! Villa Jaakkola is a log villa completed in 2022 in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski. The villa is spacious and airy. Downstairs there is one bedroom and a living room/kitchen. There is also plenty of space and sleeping places in the loft. A new lakeside sauna was built at the cottage in the summer of 2026. The cottage has all the modern conveniences, and the large windows offer a magnificent lake view in two directions. It's nice to watch the northern lights and listen to the silence in the warmth of the fireplace. Welcome!

Syöte's services and ski resort are just a few minutes away by car (about 5 km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace.
